After stealing the show in Deadpool 2 and having a successful ongoing series written by the great Gail Simone, things are looking up for Domino. The character has always been lucky, it's literally her power, and it's going to bring her to the top, or it appears that way at least. Are you ready to see Domino as a member of The Avengers?
Marvel editor Jordan D. White went to Twitter and shared an image of Gail Simone's Domino series, where the character literally states that she's an Avenger. The rest of the panel/page isn't shown, so this could be a gag. But if it isn't, she would be an interesting choice for the team. Given that they're up against celestial beings, they could use a little luck right now.
Jason Aaron's current Avengers series has a decently sized roster comprising of Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, Captain Marvel, Black Panther, Ghost Rider, and Doctor Strange. However, Aaron has stated that Strange's position on the team is a rotating one, with a new member appearing in every arc.
Could Domino be that member? The character is currently a part of the Sabertooth led Weapon X, though it's not clear if she will join them when they rebrand as Weapon X-Force. If Marvel was feeling experimental, they should try it.
Deadpool 2 is showing in theaters now. Domino is available in comic stores and digital outlets everywhere.
