Kazuya guided Sumi throughout the date in order to get to know her better. They ate together and also went bowling. At the bowling alley, Kazuya and Sumi finally made some progress on their date.
It turns out that a group of thugs tried to hit on Sumi while Kazuya was distracted. After noticing Sumi's predicament, Kazuya musters the courage to intervene and assist her in fleeing. Fortunately, the thugs let them go easily.
Unfortunately, they also encounter yet another terrifying situation. Sumi and Kazuya faced Mami together.
While Kazuya is concerned about how the conversation is going, Sumi clings to him for support. Sumi's aloof and timid nature makes this a very sweet gesture.
Sumi manages to thank Kazuya at the end of their date. She also screamed her lungs out just to say his name. Thanks to Kazuya's help, Sumi managed to improve herself in just one day!
