Based on the manga series by Reiji Miyajima, Rent-A-Girlfriend has been adapted into an anime series and is currently airing its third season.

For him, there are two obvious choices: Chizuru, his rental girlfriend, and Ruka, his trial girlfriend.
But the third season of Rent-A-Girlfriend has introduced a new character who may or may not be one of the contenders for Kazuya's heart.

Does Kazuya End Up With Chizuru?
In the finale of Rent-A-Girlfriend Season 1, Kazuya's choice is revealed, but it seems that his love life is still in limbo since his confession seems to have misled his choice.
Specifically, Kazuya confessed to Chizuru. He told her that she was the one he wanted to be with.
However, Kazuya, being an indecisive person, changed his words and said that Chizuru is special to him as his rental girlfriend.
Does Kazuya End Up With Ruka?
Now that we know who Kazuya wants, how come Ruka is still in the picture? Enter the dilemma of choosing between who you love and who loves you.
Ruka has been there from the start and is ready to start a proper relationship with Kazuya, but he has ignored her for so long.
In the end, Kazuya still chose the girl he opted to let go of, which is Chizuru.
Still, Ruka remains in the picture because she hasn’t let go of the hope to be with Kazuya.
Does Kazuya End Up With Mini?
Mini, Kazuya's neighbor, had kept her identity concealed until she reached her breaking point with Kazuya and Chizuru's noisy conversation on the back balcony.
Inadvertently, she discovered Chizuru's occupation as a rental girlfriend and Ruka's past as a former rental girlfriend during a heated debate in front of Kazuya.
At first, she saw Kazuya as a womanizer, but her perception shifted after learning about his past.
Touched by his story, she feels he is a good person. However, there is no romance between Kazuya and Mini.
So, Who Does Kazuya End Up With in Rent-A-Girlfriend?
The manga series is still ongoing, but there are a lot of hints that point to Chizuru and Kazuya ending up together.
If we weigh the possibilities, Chizuru is most likely to end up with Kazuya because she holds a special place in his heart.
Once they start being honest about their feelings, there's no doubt that Chizuru and Kazuya will be together in the end.
