How Did Remi and Sengoku Get Together?
The present-day Remi and Sengoku have so much to be thankful for about the existence of books. If it weren’t for books, Remi and Sengoku’s relationship would not have happened.
Remi and Sengoku fell in love during their freshman year. It was Remi who approached Sengoku first after she witnessed how different he was from the other boys who wanted to casually date her.
She noticed that Sengoku doesn’t go for girls just because they have good looks.
He was also mature, the kind of man Remi thought she could rely on for all of her worries, insecurities, and anxieties in life.
In addition, Sengoku is a gentle and soft-spoken man, which piqued Remi's interest more. He is a man of different species, and Remi is overjoyed to get to know him even more.
Soon after, Remi decided to talk with Sengoku. Their conversation felt natural, and both of them had a good time just listening to each other talk about books.
Sengoku is a bookworm, and he influenced Remi to read some of his favorites.
In return, Remi gladly embraced all of Sengoku’s recommendations, and they somehow forged a tight bond. Everything happened so fast for them, but everything also felt right.
One fateful day, Sengoku decided to confess his feelings for Remi, even though he feared that they would no longer be friends after hearing her answer.
He also thought that he would be rejected since he’s not really the type of guy who has the looks to match Remi.
But Remi accepted Sengoku’s confession, saying that she also likes him. The rest is history, as the two of them started dating each other.
They were the first couple in Horimiya to get steady, even prior to Hori and Miyamura, as well as the fake couple, Toru and Yoshikawa.
They also became a team in the Student Council, along with Sakura, Remi’s best friend.
While Sengoku became the Student Council President, Remi acted like the council’s mascot, getting some little work done.
Despite this, Sengoku loves Remi the most. He adores her so much that he always wants to see her by his side.

Do Remi and Sengoku End Up Together?
In the Horimiya manga, Remi and Sengoku are still together. They are dating, but there’s not so much information online that says they really do end up together.
But we can at least speculate that they do end up together, considering how strong their chemistry is.
On the other hand, in the Horimiya webcomic, Remi and Sengoku end up together. They are already married, and they even have a daughter named Shizuru.
She debuted in Chapter 140 of the Horimiya webcomic, and she looks exactly like Remi, except she has the same red hair that Sengoku has.

Will Remi and Sengoku Ever Break Up?
No, Remi and Sengoku did not break up in Horimiya. They might have had some misunderstandings along the way, but it’s not enough for the two of them to part ways.
In fact, Sengoku can stomach Remi’s admiration for insects despite having a phobia of them.
Remi loves insects even though she doesn’t admit it, claiming that all of the insects in her room are part of her father’s collections.
It’s a brave act, but Sengoku is still afraid of them. Even so, Sengoku loves this side of Remi.
So, for those people who want Sengoku and Remi to break up, this article is bad news for them.
On the contrary, Remi loves Sengoku, even though she knows how weak he is.
She doesn’t mind it since Sengoku always tries his best to be better for her. What more can Remi ask for Sengoku?
But at some point, we also thought that Remi was going after Miyamura. Remi even asked Hori if she could have Miyamura, but Hori strongly refused her demand.
As it turns out, Remi was just joking, but we all know how jokes are half-meant.
Regardless, Remi and Sengoku have a pretty solid relationship, and we can’t wait to see them get married in the anime if it’s possible.
