During 2023's CinemaCon, Disney opened the third day of the event with a staggering amount of surprises on their various upcoming projects which includes Wish and the movie introduces their first character with Chris Pine as King Magnifico.
Wish is an upcoming movie of Walt Disney Animation Studios and it is among the projects presented by Disney during the third day of the 2023 CinemaCon.
In the presentation, Disney revealed the man who will be voicing King Magnifico, the ruler of the Kingdom of Rosas, and it is Chris Pine!
Chris Pine voices King Magnifico and he is best known for his roles in Wonder Woman, Star Trek, Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, Don't Worry Darling, The Contractor, and more.
They showed a clip which introduces a song having the main character of the movie sing and dance through the trees and the stars about the moments when with her father.
Albeit short, the presentation showed what to expect with the upcoming movie, Wish.

Other voice cast confirmed for Wish are Ariana DeBose who voices Asha, who is a 17-year-old girl with wits and optimism under her sleeves, and wishes on a star for the safety of her kingdom in an impending darkness.
Alan Tudyk voices Valentino who is a goat and who wished to the same star. His wish is to be able to communicate and it became true.
Wish is the 62nd animated movie of Walt Disney Animation Studios animated through a combination of computer animation and watercolor animation.
Jennifer Lee pens Wish which will directed by Chris Buck and Fawn Veerasunthorn. Peter Del Vecho and Juan Pablo Reyes are producing the movie.
For the music of Wish, it is Julia Michaels and Benjamin Rice who are tapped to write the original songs for the movie with Dave Metzger to score the film.
Wish is set to come out in theaters this coming November 22, 2023.
