Diablo 4 New Update Unveils Dungeon Details and Gameplay

Blizzard Entertainment just dropped a huge chunk of information for Diablo 4 on its dungeons which will be all-new for the upcoming game series. The developer of the game continues to update the fans on the progress of the sequel every now and then and a tease of the gameplay is also unveiled in their latest blog.

In a new blog posted by Blizzard, the associate art director of the game, Brian Fletcher, revealed that there would be over 150 dungeons to be added to Diablo 4. Fletcher shared, "Dungeons are still that randomized content that you know and love from previous Diablo titles. However, we added new and exciting features that allow us to make even more dungeons across the world of Sanctuary than ever before."

Fletcher added, "In order to support over 150+ dungeons, we've had to shift the way we make environment art so that it's flexible enough to be used in multiple locations and not just in a single dungeon.” He explained that the creation of a dungeon isn’t easy but with the right team, they are making it work, “It takes a lot of hard work from many teams to make a Dungeon, and we are proud to show you what we have been working on."

As part of their quarterly update, the fans were given a tease as to what the dungeons would be like in different gameplay videos that, while only a minute each, it shows what the players would be expecting to play when the game finally arrives.
