Delicious in Dungeon Second Cour Trailer Reveals New Opening and Ending Themes, Voice Cast Members

Delicious in Dungeon recently revealed its new OP and ED via a new trailer highlighting the show’s second cour. Along with the new songs, the trailer also spotlights the new voice cast members.

The anime’s 13th episode was released just recently, and it marks the halfway point of Trigger’s hit new fantasy series. Thus, it’s no surprise that we got a new trailer to hype up the show’s exciting second half.

Delicious in Dungeon Trailer Reveals New Opening and Ending Themes

This new Delicious in Dungeon trailer shows off lots of new footage that sees Laios and his party embark on another adventure, this time with a lot of new characters and possibly even more action.

Along with the new clips, the trailer also previewed the new opening theme titled Unmei (or Destiny in English) by sumika, the Japanese band best known for performing theme songs for anime such as A Couple of Cuckoos and the My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising movie.

Meanwhile, the show’s new ending is titled Kirakira no Hai (Glittering Ashes in English) by Regal Lily, a Japanese band that performed the ending song of 86 part 2.

Meet the New Delicious in Dungeon Cast Members

For the second cour, Delicious in Dungeon is bringing back its main voice cast, though they will be joined by a range of new members.

Here are the confirmed new VAs that will join the anime’s second half:

• Mitsuho Kambe (Oshizu Hebimori in Akebi's Sailor Uniform) as Izutsumi
• Yoko Hikasa (Minami Hokutozai in Dr. Stone) as Maizuru
• Arisa Shida (Amanda O'Neill in Little Witch Academia) as Hien
• Akari Kito (Nezuko in Demon Slayer) as Benichidori
• Yoshino Furuya as Inutade
• Yu Kobayashi (Sasha Blouse in Attack on Titan) a Sissel

Given that the anime has an English simuldub release, these new characters will also have English VAs. For now, though, the new dub cast members have yet to be revealed.

How Many Episodes Will the Delicious in Dungeon Second Cour Have?

As the first cour of the show has 13 episodes, the second cour may likely also get 13 episodes.

There’s no official word yet on a complete episode count for the series, though it’s highly likely that the second cour will have 12 or 13 episodes, given that the series will air until June 2024.
