After months of production and delays related to the Hollywood labor strikes, filming for the highly-anticipated MCU film Deadpool 3 has finally wrapped.
The exciting news was announced by its star Ryan Reynolds in his social media post where he celebrated the conclusion of filming and thanked the cast and crew for their contributions to the project.
It was also accompanied by a photo of the bottom part of Deadpool's costume.
"The suit hides the blood. Also sweat... But today, with Deadpool wrapping, it's mostly tears. A giant and forever thanks to the cast and crew of our film who battled wind, rain, strikes and @RealHughJackman... all under the stalwart leadership of @ShawnLevyDirect," he wrote in his caption.
"I got to make a movie with my closest pals and that doesn't happen very often. See ya July 26th..."

Hugh Jackman and Shawn Levy React to Deadpool 3 Filming Wrap
Hugh Jackman, who is set to make his return as Wolverine in the upcoming MCU film, also celebrated the end of filming of Deadpool 3 on his social media post.
He also joked about the difficulty of training and diet that he underwent for the role. His post was accompanied by a photo of him shaving his beard.
"What a ride!!! I’ve loved every minute of making this movie. Well not the training and diet but the other 93.2%. To the best cast and crew, thank you! You are all aces," Jackman wrote in his caption.
"To two of my best mates @VancityReynolds and @ShawnLevyDirect I literally couldn’t have done this without you. Literally! July 26th can’t come soon enough. Time to shave."
Director Shawn Levy also celebrated the MCU project's conclusion of filming in his social media post where he called the movie's shooting the "greatest time" of his life.
He wrote in his caption, "Had the greatest time of my life shooting this movie. Post production starts at dawn."
It is wonderful to hear that the film has finally wrapped production and, hopefully, things will go smoothly in its race toward its release this summer since fans have long been anticipating its arrival in theaters ever since it was announced.
Now, we can look forward to the release of the trailer and other promotional materials that will arrive in the coming months which will give fans an official preview of what they have in store for the film.
Deadpool 3 is slated for release in theaters this July 26.
