Little is known on what exactly we can expect from Marvel Studios’ Deadpool 3. Apart from Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman officially making their debut together within the MCU and the involvement of the multiverse taking place in the threequel, Marvel has yet to reveal more updates on this.
The most we have gathered is the fact that Deadpool 3 will definitely feature a showdown battle between Deadpool and Wolverine, and teaming up to eventually become a part of the future MCU films. Recently, reliable industry scooper Daniel RPK tweeted a new major plot detail for Deadpool 3: “#Deadpool3 will reportedly be focused on #Deadpool vs the TVA. Owen Wilson and Tara Strong will reprise their roles as Agent Mobius and Miss Minutes.”

While this has yet to be confirmed by Marvel Studios and Disney themselves, it is worth mentioning that the majority of Daniel RPK’s reports have eventually come to fruition once the films were released.
Loki Season 2 is one of the few MCU shows releasing this year on Disney+, and seeing as Loki (Tom Hiddleston) and Mobius (Owen Wilson) were shown in the post-credits scene of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, all eyes have been focused on the upcoming second season to see what comes next for Marvel Phase 5.
Now, if you put the multiverse and the TVA together — the plot makes complete sense. How else would Deadpool and Wolverine somehow end up meeting in the MCU together? After all, the Multiverse Saga is technically all that Marvel Phase 5 has been building up to, most evidently with Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania introducing the MCU’s new big bad: Kang the Conqueror.
As for how Deadpool and Wolverine end up in the TVA, it is likely that the threequel could potentially play this off for laughs at the expense of traveling to the TVA by somehow messing up multiple timelines, which would lead to Loki and Mobius meeting Deadpool and Wolverine. But again, nothing has been set to stone yet. We’ll be sure to keep you updated on this story.
