We're only a few months away from the release of Deadpool 3 and despite the Marvel Cinematic Universe's recent decline, fans are still enthusiastic about the Merc with the Mouth's multiversal crossover.

Hugh Jackman's involvement in the film also added to the fandom's excitement and understandably so. Now, it appears that we've finally gotten our first look at Logan's Wolverine mask, and after over 20 years, the actor will finally be given an accurate X-Men costume.

Insider CanWeGetToast took to Instagram this week and unveiled Hugh Jackman's alleged Wolverine. By the looks of it, the cowl is 100% accurate to how it looked in the comics and even the animated series, and even has white eyes.

The post was even captioned with "Just wait until his sleeves are ripped off", teasing that Jackman will indeed get a suit faithful to the source material. If you may recall, fans were displeased after learning that his Wolverine costume had sleeves.

There were theories suggesting that it had to do with his skin condition and how having a sleeved costume would protect him during filming. However, those were never proven.

Of course, this should always be taken with a grain of salt but the scooper's track record of having accurate reports definitely holds some merit. Check it out here:

Considering the set photos that emerged last year pretty much confirmed Logan will be donning his iconic X-Men suit, adding the cowl was a no-brainer touch.

Meanwhile, production for Deadpool 3 which resumed last November is still ongoing. With the project set for release in six months, we're hopeful it won't affect the film.

Marvel Studios' Deadpool 3 is slated for release in theaters on July 26, 2024.
