David Harbour Shares Motion Poster for Hellboy Reboot

With the Hellboy reboot coming out in April, a lot of fans were curious when the trailer was going to be dropped online—seeing as the movie is only a few months away from release. Good news is, the trailer is said to be coming this week, and we have some new promo material to hype us up for it.

David Harbour shares this very Heavy Metal-esque motion poster on his Instagram:

We don't have a solid synopsis on what will be happening in the movie, but we do know that Milla Jovovich will be playing the lead antagonist in the form of Nimue the Blood Queen. It's also likely that this story will follow the early days of the BPRD, and will have Hellboy still learning the ropes when it comes to using his Right Hand of Doom for the good guys.

Besides Harbour, the movie also has the likes of Ian McShane as Prof. Broom and Daniel Dae Kim as Ben Daimio. You'll also recognize Thomas Haden Church (Spider-Man 3) who has been cast as another hero in the form of Lobster Johnson.

I admit that it's a bummer that we won't get to see the end of Guillermo del Toro's series of Hellboy films, but I guess that's just how things go in the industry. On the bright side, if this movie flops, I'm sure Lionsgate will consider letting del Toro finish his story, given that the fans have finally made their voices herd online about what they think of the franchise.

Catch the Hellboy reboot in theaters April 12, 2019.
