Chris Evans May Have Confirmed an Avengers: Endgame Theory

Fans have been theorizing about Avengers: Endgame day-in and day-out ever since Avengers: Infinity War finished. The trailers have confirmed that Captain Marvel will be joining the team and that they would try using the Infinity Gauntlet to bring back everyone who was killed by Thanos. Spider-Man: Far From Home also confirms that Peter Parker would be brought back to life, along with Nick Fury.

Well, during a silly segment in The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Chris Evans was asked about the "biggest enemy" The Avengers would be facing and he said it was chafing, especially if "you've ever run through an interdimensional portal." This basically confirms that the group will be going to the Quantum Realm, something fans have been discussing since Ant-Man and The Wasp.

Granted, this is one of the more obvious plot elements that will be in Endgame, so calling this a "confirmed theory" is a bit much. Still, this seemingly confirms that time travel theory and we can only hope for a few unexpected Marvel cameos, with characters like Black Knight and Kang the Conqueror heavily rumored if those True Believers one-shots are anything to go by.

Avengers: Endgame comes out on April 26. Let's hope that it lives up to all of our lofty expectations.
