There are no brakes on the Chainsaw Man hype train as Tatsuki Fujimoto has been releasing new chapters weekly. And in Chainsaw Man Chapter 136, Denji has an encounter with a mystery girl that fans think is a Devil.
It’s fair to say that Denji has had no luck with girls as they all want to either use him or kill him.
Now, another girl has shown interest in him, though fans are unconvinced.

Denji Struggles With a Normal Life in the Latest Chainsaw Man Chapter
While the previous Chainsaw Man chapter followed Asa Mitaka as she and Yoru decided to help Fami with her goals, this new chapter brings the focus back to Denji as he struggles with his normal life.
Because of Yoshida’s coercion, Denji has been forced not to transform into Chainsaw Man, but because of Asa’s Devil-hunting prowess, it seems that Chainsaw Man is no longer necessary.
Thus, Denji is shown struggling with his identity. After all, it seems that a lot of his self-worth and confidence is tied to being Chainsaw Man.
To help him out, Yoshida asks him to skip class, and they soon proceed to the cinema (a classic Fujimoto moment).
Soon, Yoshida leaves, though he tells Denji that a girl from his class is interested in him.
The girl appears and sits beside Denji. While Denji tells her about how bummed out he is at the moment, she pays no mind and reaches out to touch his “wiener.”

Fans Are Wondering If the New Mystery Girl in Chainsaw Man Chapter 136 Is a Devil
Denji’s reaction to just screaming “She’s touching my wiener” internally twice is very much in character for him.
While the chapter cuts there, some fans already think that this girl is after Denji for the wrong reasons.
For starters, every girl that Denji has become close to (except for Nayuta) has been out to get him. First, there’s Reze, followed by Makima.
Denji isn’t even safe in Part 2 as Asa was out to manipulate him during their aquarium date. Though Asa soon developed feelings for him.
Aside from Denji’s horrible track record, the mystery girl’s rather creepy smile might also indicate that she has an ulterior motive.
Some fans also said that she looks reminiscent of Fami, who herself is a Devil.
Fans at least won’t need to wait long as Chainsaw Man Chapter 137 will be released next week.
