There is no slowing down for Chainsaw Man this month. Just a few days after it was announced that the manga's Part 2 is finally getting serialized next month, the franchise revealed a surprising collaboration. It has just been confirmed that Japanese jeweler Tasaki will release a special line of jewelry inspired by Tatsuki Fujimoto's work!
Tasaki has been teasing the collaboration with Chainsaw Man for a week with glimpses at the new jewelry that will be included in their "Danger" series. However, the first video revealing the Chainsaw Man x Tasaki collection has been dropped and it features some special artwork by Tatsuki Fujimoto. Check it out below.
The collection is true to its name but also surprisingly delicate and downright pretty. For instance, the Chainsaw Pendant (which can be worn as an ear cuff!) features sharp teeth hugged by exquisite pearls. The jewelry pieces are a gorgeous combination of fangs and pretty pearls that Power would (probably) love to wear any day.
Chainsaw Man x Tasaki's "Danger" series is only available for a limited time and fans can get their hands on the jewelry at pop-up stores that will be popping up all over Japan starting next week. The first pop-up store will open in Shinjuku on June 29, 2022.
The new collaboration is certainly a welcome one considering that fans have been loving the updates from the franchise this month. It was previously confirmed that Chainsaw Man Part 2 is finally getting serialized next month. In addition to that, there is much anticipation for the anime adaptation which is expected to drop before the end of the year. Needless to say, there will be no shortage of content from the franchise in the next few weeks.
The Chainsaw Man x Tasaki pop-up stores will be opening all over Japan starting June 29, 2022. Chainsaw Man Part 2 will begin serialization on the Shonen Jump+ and MANGA Plus app on July 13, 2022.
