Brie Larson Has Sweet Exchange With Her Grandma After The Captain Marvel Trailer Release

Marvel fans have certainly been having it good this week. Not only have they gotten high-res Captain Marvel photos, but they've also gotten the very first trailer Marvel's upcoming female-led comic book movie.

It's been a pretty exciting week for the Marvel fanbase. However, while fans have been glued to their monitors waiting for the release of the Captain Marvel trailer on Tuesday's episode of Good Morning America, it turns out Brie Larson's Grandma was also patiently waiting for the video to drop on the ABC morning television show.

ComicBook.com just noticed a screenshot that Captain Marvel star Brie Larson's shared to her Instagram Stories. Sharing a photo of the screenshot on their site, the publication has just revealed a text exchange between the actress and her grandmother.

It's a pretty sweet exchange. After seeing her grandchild show up on the Tuesday episode of GMA, Larson's Grandma tells the Captain Marvel actress that the trailer she saw was pretty great. Not only does Larson's Grandma take time to tell her grandchild that she's proud of her, but she also admits that she's anxious that she has to wait for almost half a year for Captain Marvel to release.

Not only is Larson's interaction with her grandma loveable, but it's also pretty relevant given the recent release of the Captain Marvel trailer. In the video, Carol punches an old woman in a train, and while a lot of Marvel fans understand that Captain Marvel was probably hunting a shapeshifting Kree, others don't understand this "abuse of the elderly."

Now, thanks to this new exchange, fans get to know that Larson loves her grandmother and that her grandmother very much loves her as well.

Captain Marvel is set to release on March 9, 2019.
