It was just recently announced that Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter are teaming up once again for a third Bill and Ted movie, and it looks like we finally have a production date for the movie.
As per Omega Underground, Bill and Ted Face the Music is set to start production on January 10, 2019. There is still no location confirmed for where the film is going to shoot, but that's what pre-production is all about.
As for the story of Bill and Ted 3, it's said that the middle-aged dup will be time travelling once again to find ‘the greatest song ever written and restore order to the universe.' The two will be joined by each of their daughters, some more people from history, and probably some classic rock stars as well.
I'm crossing my fingers they get Rami Malek to reprise his role of Freddie Mercury from Bohemian Rhapsody.
Though a lot of people say they ‘want' this movie to happen, I'm just hopeful that it isn't too late for the Bill and Ted trilogy to end. They should learn something from Dumb and Dumber To, which a lot of people agree would have been hilarious if it followed the first movie immediately—too bad it came out ten years too late.
No release date has been set for Bill and Ted Face the Music.
