Ben Affleck's Batman has Unexpected Connection to Robert Pattinson's Caped Crusader

We already know that Ben Affleck and Robert Pattinson are playing two different versions of Batman. However, it looks like the Caped Crusader in The Flash and the Batman in The Batman have something in common. And it's not just the character itself but the other man behind the mask.

Playing Batman is a difficult job considering that the DC comic book hero gets into a lot of fights. Luckily, the Dark Knight wears a cowl to cover up his face so it's easy for a stuntperson to step in and do the hard work.

That's the case with both The Flash and The Batman. However, it looks like the DC movies had tapped the same guy to do Bruce Wayne's stunts.

A Reddit post reveals that English stuntman Rick English is doing Affleck's motorcycle stunts in The Flash. He's the same actor hired by Matt Reeves for similar scenes in The Batman.

It's not exactly a huge surprise that both films are using the same person for the motorcycle stunts. English has the right look and skills for the job so it makes sense that he has been employed for what is basically the same stunts. With that in mind, it's a cool and unexpected connection between two Batmans (Batmen).

Affleck will return as Bruce Wayne in The Flash, which will also star Michael Keaton as another version of the character. Pattinson will be introduced in The Batman next year.

The Flash is currently in production and is scheduled for release on November 4, 2022. The Batman will premiere on March 4, 2022.
