The promising Kdrama survival series of the year, Bargain, has already taken its audience on a wild ride. With the show's ending, we can't help but wonder if there will be a Bargain Season 2.
If you haven't watched the mini-series yet, you might have to skip reading this guide since spoilers are mentioned. Here's what we know about a potential Bargain Season 2 right now.

Has Bargain Season 2 Been Confirmed?
In March 2023, it was reported that the possibility of a Bargain Season 2 was being prepared in earnest. This is a long shot for the TVING original series since the show didn't come out until October 5, 2023.
The report shared that the show's producers have been discussing the possibility of renewing the series for a second season since last year. A detailed storyline was already being discussed.
As of right now, no announcements have been made on whether the show will be returning for a second season.
For now, however, you can make do with watching Concrete Utopia since both stories and universes are linked. This may be a prelude to a much larger movie franchise in the future.

Who Stars in Bargain Season 2?
Since none of the main characters died in the original series, they will likely be returning to reprise their roles.
Hopefully, these characters will learn to trust each other now since the odds are against their survival.
Even after they manage to escape from the collapsed motel, the outside world doesn't seem to be any better for anyone.
The cast of Bargain Season 2 will likely include the following:
- Jin Seon-Kyu (Space Sweepers, The Outlaws) as Noh Hyung-Soo
- Jeon Jong-Seo (Ballerina, The Call, Mona Lisa and the Blood Moon) as Park Joo-Young
- Chang Ryul (Train, Bimilui Soop, Jo Pil-Ho: The Dawning Rage) as Geuk-Ryul
Who are the Creative Minds Behind the Scenes?
It's important to note that Bargain was based on Lee Chung-Hyun's 2015 short film. TVING gave the green light to expand this short film into a six-episode series.
The original mini-series was directed by none other than Jeon Woo-Sung (A Tale of Wasp, 93 Pride), while he penned the script alongside Choi Byeong-Yun (He Heard a Baby Cry, 93 Pride, First Love), and Kwak Jae-Min (Amanza, Badland Hunters).
The trio may be working together again to create a script for the second season once Bargain season 2 gets greenlit. Director Jeon could also return to direct the second season.
What Will Happen in Bargain Season 2?
As seen at the end of Bargain, the three main characters made it out of the collapsed building alive. But as they discover, the rest of Seoul is also in ruins as it was either a nuclear or drone strike that caused the disaster.
After their escape, they went back to square one as they fought to survive against others.
In the post-credits scene, the three encounter an armed woman. She forces Hyung-Soo to help her friend who got stuck in the rubble.
We then see Joo-Young trying to make a deal with the armed woman and can't help but wonder if she plans on betraying Hyung-Soo or Geuk-Ryul once again. We can only wait to see what happens next.
