Tom Holland's future in the MCU is currently hanging by a thread, and a lot of his co-stars have been coming out, saying that they want him to stay. Karen Gillan didn't really say anything about #SaveSpidey, but it's curious why she would post this BTS photo with her, Holland, and Chris Pratt out of the blue.

To be fair, I'm not really sure if that is Pratt in the photo, but I think the odds a pretty solid. By the looks of it, this photo comes from way back, shooting Avengers: Infinity War. Again, we're not sure why Gillan would choose to share the photo now, but I have a feeling it has something to do with keeping Spider-Man in the MCU.
As for the Sony/Disney deal, rumor has it that negotiations are once again ongoing, and we could get an announcement sometime within the week. It was even said that the studios have banned Tom Holland from commenting on the split publicly, for fear that he could drop something important by accident. Of course, some people are already accepting the fact that Holland is out, but there are still some holding out that Disney and Sony will eventually come up with a compromise. After all, both of them have something to lose with Spidey out of the MCU.
For now, Sony is aiming for a re-release of an extended cut of Spider-Man: Far from Home. The movie is set to hit theaters on Aug. 29.
