While the proper finale for the anime is still a few months away, the show is still getting hyped up with new merch. The latest is an unexpected Attack on Titan “Spinal Fluid” energy drink collab with G Fuel.

This new collaboration was revealed recently by G Fuel, and it features a special package that includes a “Spinal Fluid” flavored energy drink.

While you may get a burst of energy by drinking this, it won’t turn you into a Titan.

Attack on Titan: Not a Stranger to Unusual Collabs

Attack on Titan is probably one of the most popular anime titles globally, and it made a splash a decade ago when the first season aired.

For many, Attack on Titan was their gateway to anime, and it may have taken some time, but finally, the series is now coming to a close with The Final Season Part 4, which will be released later this year.

Thanks to its popularity, the series has gotten a wide range of collaborations.

For starters, there have been several Attack on Titan game collabs, including titles like Fortnite, Call of Duty, and Dead by Daylight.

Perhaps more surprising is the Spotify collab that featured various installations in Shibuya where fans can listen to snippets of the show’s soundtrack.

This collab was made to promote Part 3, which was released earlier this year.

Another unexpected crossover was with Sanrio. While Sanrio is a common collab partner for many shows, its cutesy characters are definitely a far cry from Attack on Titan’s grim story and setting.

The latest collab is with G Fuel, and it was revealed recently via the energy drink company’s official YouTube channel.

There, a video promoting the new G Fuel Spinal Fluid – Inspired by “Attack on Titan” package was shared.

This package features a collector’s box with an Attack on Titan-themed steel shaker and other goodies.

The highlight of the package is the “Spinal Fluid” energy drink. Instead of tasting like actual spinal fluid though, the drink has a citrus green tea flavor.

G Fuel’s new limited-edition package will be available for pre-order beginning June 26, 2023. It will then be released sometime in July.

Currently, there’s no word on whether the Attack on Titan energy drink will be released on its own or if it will be limited to this package.
