Fortnite Teases Mikasa and Levi in Attack on Titan Crossover

After leaking online and getting a subsequent official teaser, Fortnite has released a new teaser for its Attack on Titan collaboration, confirming that Mikasa and Levi are coming to the game as part of the crossover.

While this is far from the first anime collab from Fortnite, it’s one that is highly anticipated given how much buzz Attack on Titan is getting after the release of Part 3's one-hour special.

There are still no complete details about the collab, but the initial reveal and this new teaser do give us a better idea of what to expect.

Attack on Titan x Fortnite Collab’s Initial Reveal

Back in early March, rumors and leaks about an Attack on Titan crossover were being shared online. This is unsurprising given that most Fortnite crossovers such as the Dragon Ball one leaked ahead of an official reveal.

Soon after leaks got shared online, Fortnite finally confirmed the crossover in the trailer for Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2.

This was a similar promotion strategy to the My Hero Academia collab that featured Deku in a season trailer.

Specifically, the new trailer showed off Eren Yeager and the ODM Gear in action. Check it out here:

As Eren is the series’ main character, it should come as no surprise that he’s the highlight of the crossover.

But most people expected that Eren would just be one of several characters coming to the game.

This is because previous Fortnite collabs typically added four characters or more, alongside a bevy of exclusive in-game items and events.

Mikasa and Levi Are Coming to Fortnite

This turned out to be true as Fortnite finally shared a new teaser for the crossover on its official Twitter account.

The teaser featured a short clip that shows off Mikasa and Levi in the game.

Mikasa and Levi being part of the Fortnite x Attack on Titan collab makes sense given that they’re among the most popular characters of the series.

Though if other Fortnite crossovers are taken into account, there’s likely going to be one more character.

For that last character, there’s a chance that it will be Armin so that the main trio is complete.

There’s also a chance that an opposing character from Marley will be chosen.

This upcoming Fortnite collab will be officially released on April 11, 2023. More info about it will likely be released ahead of its launch next week.
