The Apothecary Diaries may be over, but it will at least return with a new season. While the wait may be long, fans can at least make the wait a bit more bearable with The Apothecary Diaries' original soundtrack, which is out now on streaming platforms, including Spotify.
Milan Records recently released the show’s soundtrack in most of the world. What’s great about this release is that it’s the complete original soundtrack, meaning it features all 77 tracks from the two-cour anime.
Meet the Three Composers of The Apothecary Diaries Soundtrack
For The Apothecary Diaries' soundtrack, the show’s staff enlisted three renowned anime music composers. To start, there’s Satoru Kosaki, who composed all 33 tracks of disc 1.
Kosaki is best known for composing the soundtracks of popular anime, such as The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Beastars, and the Monogatari series.
Meanwhile, the 18-track disc 2 features music composed by Kevin Penkin, a music composer whom many anime fans likely know about.
Penkin is one of the most popular anime composers currently thanks to his work on shows such as Made in Abyss, Tower of God, and The Rising of the Shield Hero.
Finally, disc 3’s 26 songs were composed by Alisa Okehazama, another composer with an impressive resume.
Some of Okehazama’s works include the soundtracks of Jujutsu Kaisen season 1, Jujutsu Kaisen 0, and The God of High School.

Where to Stream The Apothecary Diaries Original Soundtrack
Just a few days after the first season’s finale, The Apothecary Diaries anime's original soundtrack was officially released by Milan Records.
What’s great is that the release is in most of the world and not just in Japan.
Fans can now listen to the soundtrack on popular streaming platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, and others.
Take note that the soundtrack does not include the two opening and ending themes of the first season. These tracks have already been released months ago on streaming sites.
Will The Apothecary Diaries OST Get a Physical Release?
Milan Records has released a wide range of anime soundtracks in vinyl form. These include OSTs of Neon Genesis Evangelion and other iconic anime.
For now, there’s no word on physical release plans for The Apothecary Diaries soundtrack. It’s not clear if it will get one though, especially as most soundtrack releases are from older classic anime.
There is some hope though, as Milan Records previously announced a Chainsaw Man LP release.
