Other than the Council of Kangs, Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania introduced yet another variant of Kang the Conqueror in the end-credits scene of the movie, Victor Timely, which Loki immediately recognizes and informs Mobius about it.

With such an appearance from Tom Hiddleston and Owen Wilson, it only shows that Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania's end-credits scene sets up Loki Season 2 which will most possibly introduce the relevance of the Kang variant that they encounter -- Victor Timely.

In the comics, Victor Timely is an intelligent industrialist and inventor who is known as the founder of Timely, Wisconsin in 1901 and became the first Mayor of the town. He is a pioneer in industry and a brilliant tech that brings the future to the present.

Victor Timely is the one who made Chronopolis in Timely which connects him to his central base in the 40th century Earth-6311. He did not age as fast as humans so he just returns to town with his guises such as his son and grandson when it is actually just him. Yes, it is the same thing that Kingo did.

In the MCU, however, when the Council of Kangs is introduced in the mid-credits scene of Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania, there is already Immortus so that makes Victor Timely someone different. How the MCU will reconcile this is easy -- they are variants of the same character.

The end-credits scene of Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania just sets up the stage for Loki Season 2 and Victor Timely is possibly the very variant that He Who Remains does not want to ever be born.
