MODOK finally made his MCU debut in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. However, this version of the character is the same as Darren Cross/Yellowjacket from the first film and it is his reshaped form after his battle with Scott Lang that led him to shrink into the Quantum Realm.

One of the character's moments from the film that fans have been discussing is the quick shot where they showed his butt. A lot of them were surprised and even weirded out that they decided to reveal his rearview considering the type of body that the character has.

In a recent interview with Screen Rant, Corey Stoll, who played MODOK in the recent film, shared some behind-the-scenes stories about his involvement where he revealed that the character's butt shot was almost cut, but he insisted that the quick moment should be kept.

"Yeah, my schedule was such that I could only be there for a really limited time. And so I showed up right before they started principal photography," he said. "They showed me all this animatics and concept art, which I thought was hilarious and amazing."

The actor continued, "That shot with the claw picking came up naked from behind? I just thought that was the most amazing. I couldn't believe that they were going to have that in the movie."

"And then I heard later that they were going to cut it, and I was like, 'No, you can't cut the butt. It's just too good.' I don't know if it was my influence that made them put it back in, but I'm really glad."

While it might be a weird moment for some, there is no doubt that it was one of the film's most-talked-about scenes since it is unusual in an MCU movie and you wouldn't expect them to include that shot as they're introducing the character.

In addition, the shot has also become a meme around the web and, now, a lot of fans may feel relieved that it wasn't cut from the film even if it's a weird choice for them to do in the character's backstory.
