The teaser for Avengers: Endgame started with Tony Stark hanging on his last breath inside what looks to be Peter Quill's ship, but there's something interesting that someone has noticed when it came to the shape—it's in the shape of a swallow.
As per Reddit, the bird actually has an interesting meaning for sailors. Check it out:

Of course, it's possible that this is just a coincidence on Marvel's end, but seeing as to how meticulously everything is planned out with these films, I wouldn't put it past them. If anything, I'd be impressed if this was actually a cultural Easter Egg as compared to the usual comic book ones that we always catch in these films.
If anything, a lot of people are convinced that Tony Stark will still make it out of this movie alive, or at least, he won't die alone on this ship. If anything, he could find himself sucked into a time vortex like the Hulk did, or maybe Thor could find him with his new Bifrost powers—given that Rocket knows how to find Peter's ship. Maybe Kraglin survived and is already actively looking for the Benatar and will arrive soon enough.
If Tony Stark does die here though, I would be amazed if the Russos would open with that. Then again, it would seem out of the point to make him survive the ‘Decamation' only to die in the next film stranded and alone.
