Anime NYC is one of the biggest anime events of the year in the US, and it’s making a comeback later this month. For Anime NYC 2023, fans can expect lots of highly anticipated world premieres for shows such as Delicious in Dungeon, My Instant Death Ability, and more.
Ahead of the event, various studios, production companies, and streaming platforms revealed the slate of Anime NYC premieres.
Along with the premiere screenings, attendees will also be treated to panels featuring anime staff and cast members.
Delicious in Dungeon and More to Screen World Premieres at Anime NYC
One of the most anticipated premieres at this year’s Anime NYC is Delicious in Dungeon, an upcoming fantasy anime by the popular Studio Trigger.
This upcoming anime might seem quite different from Trigger’s other highly stylized shows like Cyberpunk: Edgerunners and SSSS.Dynazenon, but it promises to delight fans of the studio.
On November 17 at Anime NYC, the second episode of the show will be screened. The first episode was screened previously at Anime Expo in July.
Another highlight of the event is the upcoming studio Bones panel that’s happening on November 18.
This panel will feature Executive Producer and CEO of Bones Masahiko Minami, chief supervisor and series composer Yutaka Izubuchi, and music composer Taisei Iwasaki.
Along with a discussion, this event will also treat attendees to the world premiere of Metallic Rouge, the upcoming original anime from the studio that animated Mob Psycho 100 and My Hero Academia.

Crunchyroll and HIDIVE Are Also Bringing Lots of Premieres to the Event
Aside from studio panels, big streaming platforms such as Crunchyroll and HIDIVE are bringing lots of world premieres at Anime NYC 2023.
Crunchyroll will host premiere screenings for upcoming titles like BARTENDER: Glass of God, 7th Time Loop: The Villainess Enjoys a Carefree Life Married to Her Worst Enemy!, and Classroom of the Elite Season 3, among others.
These screening events will be spread out throughout the three days, giving attendees time to watch them all.
HIDIVE is also part of this year’s event, with world premiere screenings of The Dangers in My Heart Season 2 and My Instant Death Ability Is So Overpowered.
