Alice in Borderland season 3 has been confirmed, let's take a look back at what happened to our favorite characters in the show. Most importantly, let's look at who dies and who survives in Alice in Borderland season 2.
Alice in Borderland: Who Dies in Season 2?
Alice in Borderland is one of those shows that isn't afraid to kill off its characters. This is what we've seen from the start when Arisu's friends get killed right away.
In the second season, however, we're shocked to see almost all of the main characters surviving in the end. Some, however, were seriously injured.
So who are the people who died in Alice in Borderland season 2? Here's the list:
- Kyuma aka the King of Clubs
- Shitara
- Kanzaki
- Kisaragi
- Maki
- Tarra
- Kaito
- Enji aka the Jack of Hearts
- Lisa aka the Queen of Spades
- Kuzuryu aka the King of Diamonds
- Shirabi aka the King of Spades
- Mira aka the Queen of Hearts

Alice in Borderland: Who Survives in Season 2?
As mentioned, Alice in Borderland Season 2 did not kill off as many of the main characters. Those who survive include the following:
- Ann
- Akane
- Aguni
- Arisu
- Usagi
- Kuina
- Chishiya
- Niragi
Some other minor players have also survived at the end of season 2.

Does Karube Die?
Unfortunately, yes. Karube (played by Keita Machida) died in the show. His death was marked as one of the most heartbreaking losses, especially since he only lasted a few episodes.
Karube's character also exuded a carefree and optimistic spirit. This is perhaps the reason that so many are still hoping his character will have a twist in the show.

Does Ann Die?
In the second season of Alice in Borderland, Ann (played by Ayaka Miyoshi) appears to have been shot by the King of Spades multiple times.
Kuina (played by Aya Asahina) decided to bring Ann back to the real world when they faced the Queen of Hearts.
When the survivors wake up, they find themselves in the hospital. Ann doesn't wake up though but the doctors were able to revive her.
As the show ends, we see her open her eyes, which is always an indication that a character is still alive.
Does Chishiya Die?
Chishiya (played by Nijirō Murakami) is another character from the show whom fans wonder is still alive. This is because he took a bullet for Usagi.
And as we see in the last two episodes of Alice in Borderland Season 2, Chishiya bleeds out on the street. But no, the character is not yet dead.
He was also given the choice to stay or leave Borderland. He woke up in the hospital together with the other survivors.
In the meantime, fans can watch Alice in Borderland seasons 1 and 2 on Netflix while waiting for season 3!
