Zack Snyder Confirms His Cut Of Justice League Really Does Exist

Last year, rumor spread that Warner Brothers was hiding Zack Snyder's original cut of Justice League. While the film was a major flop for the DC Extended Universe, it was no secret that one of the production's biggest problems was Warner Brothers' meddling hand.

The studio was eager to bring in Avengers director Joss Whedon to work on the reshoots of the movie after Snyder stepped down from his role as director to mourn the loss of his daughter. In the end, Whedon made massive changes to the film, though many of these reworked scenes like the distasteful panty shots and cringy attempts at levity displeased the fanbase.

Fans clamored for Snyder's cut of Justice League, however, the director continually refused to make any concrete confirmation. Until now that is.

The filmmaker just recently spoke with fans during a Question and Answer segment where he was asked about the Snyder cut. A DC fan managed to post a video of the Q&A where we get to see Snyder talk about what many referred to as his cut of Justice League, admitting that the footage actually does exist.

"I mean all I can tell you is that sure there's a cut, it's done. They have a cut. They have a bunch of them...so, it's not like...it's up to them," Snyder responded.

This is big news for DC fans. A lot have been rallying for the Snyder Cut, hoping they'd get to see what the director had originally planned out for the film (and based on the filmmaker's discussion, he certainly did have a lot planned out for the movie).

The only question now is whether or not WB will let us see the Snyder Cut of Justice League. It seems rather unlikely.
