The month of April has always been special for anime fans who have made it a habit to rewatch Your Lie in April on the fourth month of the year. However, it looks like this year might be extra special for those who loved the live-action film based on the Naoshi Arakawa manga. A new report suggests that Kento Yamazaki and Suzu Hirose are finally married.
Kento Yamazaki and Suzu Hirose first worked together in 2016's Your Lie in April where they played Kosei Arima and Kaori Miyazono, respectively. However, it wasn't until August last year that their relationship was reported to be getting serious. According to several reports, Yamazaki and Hirose got engaged in August and were planning to tie the knot in March 2023.
Although there have been reports that the two have called off their engagement, Nante Japan purports that Kento Yamazaki and Suzu Hirose quietly got married on March 25. The report revealed that the couple registered their marriage in Tokyo.
It's certainly the ideal time for Kento Yamazaki and Suzu Hirose to tie the knot considering that everyone is watching Your Lie in April right now. However, it's also best to take the news with a grain of salt considering that it was dropped on April 1, 2023.

Yamazaki is best known for his role as Ryohei Arisu in the Netflix live-action adaptation of Haro Aso's manga Alice in Borderland. He recently reprised his role as Shin in Kingdom 2: To The Far Land, the sequel to the 2019 Shinsuke Sato movie.
Hirose captured the public eye with her performance as Chihaya Arase in the live-action Chihayafuru films based on the manga by Yuki Suetsugu. Her most recent project was the television film Tsuda Umeko: Osatsu ni Natta Ryūgakusei.
