Wreck-It Ralph 2 promises to expand on the world of video games by bringing Ralph and Vanellope into the internet. With the movie coming out later this year, Disney has given us a look (via USA Today) at new incoming characters voiced by Taraji P. Henson and Disney Animation's lucky charm Alan Tudyk.
Taraji P. Henson as Yesss

Yesss is a stylish algorithm that runs a mix of Buzzfeed and Youtube called BuzzzTube. Henson describes her character as:
"a little snooty because she is smart and she does know the Internet so well. But then she kind of takes a liking to the big lug… There's something about a really smart person empowering someone who is not as intelligent — it's like, ‘Wow, see, I'm so good even I can teach you something.' "
Alan Tudyk as KnowsMore
Source: Disney
Though Tudyk had voiced King Candy in the first Wreck-It movie, he's back in this film as some kind of avatar for Google and Wikipedia. Director Rich moore decrives KnowsMore as "a little Truman Capote, a little Droopy dog from the old MGM cartoons and a little Mr. Peabody."
KnowsMore also has this habit of "auto-filling" people's questions, in a sense that he ends up completing everyone's sentences before they finish them—just like Google!
With Wreck-It Ralph presenting such an interesting world, I'm pumped to see where the sequel is going. The Emoji Movie may have tried to give us a look behind the curtain of the internet, but failed miserably. Leave it to Disney Animation to pull it off with some panache.
Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2 comes out Nov. 21.
