Wreck-It Ralph 2' Directors Confirm Multiple Marvel Easter Eggs

Wreck-It Ralph 2, or Ralph Breaks the Internet, is shaping up to be one of the funnier Disney movies coming out, though some of us are a bit worried that the film would rather make memes than tell a story. Then again, we've only seen the trailers so Disney might surprise us when the film actually comes out. Either way, it will be fun seeing Ralph and Vanellope in action again.

Previous trailers have shown the Disney Princesses having a slumber party and Stormtroopers from Star Wars, so many of us have wondered when we would see some Marvel love. Speaking with ComicBook.com. Directors Rich Moore and Phil Johnston revealed that there would be a lot of Marvel easter eggs, even if we haven't seen much of these characters in the previous trailers.

Apparently, we'll be seeing characters cosplaying as Marvel heroes in the Oh My Disney scene, which is based on an actual Disney fan site. Expect the usual suspects, like Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, and Spider-Man, just to name a few. More Star Wars characters would also be cool since this would be the only time we'll see characters from these universes interact.

Moore and Johnston also joked about how most of the Marvel characters we know and love are not with us anymore, due to the events of Avengers: Infinity War. Fans are expecting all of these characters to come back, with some permanent deaths expected. The Vision and Gamora seem to be permanently dead, but everyone else could come back.

The first Wreck-It Ralph focused more on the video game world, so seeing these characters interact with internet culture is going to be interesting. Disney's Ralph Breaks the Internet is set to hit theaters on November 21st. Ralph is also going to be a summon in Kingdom Hearts 3, which should be fun to use.
