It's no secret that Marvel fans have been hoping for a major rematch between Wolverine and the Hulk for some time now. Although the two comic book characters have fought several times, we simply can't get enough of every match. Luckily, the wait is over, thanks to a new comic book that pits the mutant against the Green Guy.
In Marvel's Voices #1, Hulk has already settled in Madripoor in hopes of staying away from the action. However, he soon gets irritated by Krakoa's influences on the island and decides to block their gateway. This leads to a confrontation between them, something that is immediately noticed by the X-Men. Not surprisingly, the mutants send Wolverine to check on things.
As expected, Wolverine is ready for action and although he starts off by taking on Hulk's companions, it doesn't take long before he faces off against the Green Guy. But who wins the fight this time?
Interestingly, Wolverine has the perfect plan to capture Hulk, who has reverted back to Bruce Banner after a night-long fight. He kills Banner knowing that the man will wake up as Hulk in the next evening and takes the corpse away from Madripoor.
So what will happen to Wolverine and Hulk? Could there be another fight? We'll have to wait until the next issue to find out.
