In case you didn’t know, Sanji would’ve been called Stealth Black if only Judge had been successful in modifying him.
He would’ve also received the specific Germa power of invisibility, which he desired the most.
Sanji also prefers to be known as Black Leg Sanji rather than Vinsmoke Sanji since he is frustrated when people try to associate him with Germa 66 and its royal family.
