Who Is Samdak in Viral Hit?
In episode 2 of Viral Hit, Hobin Yoo finds himself exploring a peculiar NewTube channel with no views or followers.
Despite this, the channel has released quite a few videos instructing viewers on how to get hit without getting hurt, how to win against an amateur fighter, and how an amateur can win against a street fighter, all of which Hobin believes are only clickbait content.
These videos were hosted by a strange NewTuber with a chicken head mask who goes by the name Samdak. His channel’s name is ehrgkrTkdna, which makes him shadier in Hobin’s eyes.
As the plot unfolds, Samdak’s training videos help Hobin fight and win against some of the strongest characters in the series, who are after his money and newfound fame.
In reality, Samdak is a legendary man who was once a member of an elite team. He has never lost to anyone, making him one of the strongest, perhaps the strongest character in Viral Hit.
Hobin Yoo will eventually spend 85 days training with Samdak to improve his fighting skills. He will also realize that he has acquired abs and muscles that he would not have been able to achieve without Samdak's help.

Why Does Samdak Wear a Chicken Head in Viral Hit? Mask Explained
Of all the masks a NewTuber can wear, Samdak has chosen a chicken head.
It is not a chicken filter, as some fans mistakenly believed after seeing him on videos. After all, it's difficult to tell whether someone is using a filter or not these days.
So, why is Samdak wearing a chicken head instead of a wolf or lion head?
It has to do with Samdak's relationship with Jincheol Park, one of the supporting characters in Manager Kim, a manhwa released by PTJ Comics.
Accordingly, Samdak saved Jincheol Park, who had previously planned to die alongside his squad. As he tried to persuade Jincheol, he discussed what they would do after they survived.
Samdak answered that he wanted to start a NewTube channel focusing on martial arts content, and Jincheol advised that he call himself Samdak (fighting chicken) because he has a good beard.
