Hulk also used the infinity gauntlet but survived. However, Iron Man didn't make it.

According to We Got This Covered, Bruce Banner a.k.a Hulk survived due to his radioactive superpowers. However, his body was severely damaged.

Before the movie ends, Hulk can be seen with a sizzled right arm. He experienced substantial cosmic charring in his entire right arm up to his neck. In fact, by the end of the movie, his right arm was rendered pretty much useless which was a huge shock given that the character is one of the most powerful superheroes in the MCU.

Iron Man is just a human with a high-tech suit. He has no superpower, that's why he didn't survive.

Even Thanos harmed himself when he used the infinity gauntlet. When he used it for the second time, he noticeably hobbled and had pretty bad damage on his gauntlet arm despite being a super-powerful being.

"We know how powerful Thanos is by his quick defeat of the Hulk in Infinity War, so this is an incredibly painful experience, to put on the gauntlet that controls the universe," Joe Russo explained. "It permanently damaged the most powerful beings and some of the most powerful creatures in these movies, and very few people can actually put that on and survive."
