Throughout the second season of Star Wars: The Bad Batch, it was already hinted that Cid had some selfish tendencies, especially when it came to her financial interests. Millegi had already warned the soldiers that this would happen.

Apart from this warning, there were already some instances when Cid put herself first along with the Ord Mantell bar. Because of this, some soldiers (including Hunter) did not fully trust her.

So, when Cid abandoned them on a job, the Clones knew she was not to be trusted. After all, she had left them in danger for their jobs.

Because of this, the soldiers decided to cut her out from their team so they could prepare for the upcoming war.
