Who's Destroying Marvel's History This March? Cosmic Ghost Rider Of Course!

Marvel has been releasing cryptic hints about their history being destroyed, stating that someone gave the Fantastic Four their powers, convinced Spider-Man to return after Spider-Man No More, and found Captain America before the Avengers. Who would do such a thing? None other than fan-favorite character Cosmic Ghost Rider, who will be getting a new mini-series this March that has this alternate Frank Castle destroying Marvel history.

Cosmic Ghost Rider Destroys Marvel History will be written by The League star Paul Sheer and Far Cry writer Nick Giovannetti, with Venom artist Gerardo Sandoval handling interior art. The comic's premise has Cosmic Ghost Rider stuck in the past and with nothing better to do, so he will be messing up history.

It sounds much lighter than his previous mini-series, which had him try and father a young Thanos so that he would be a better person but to no avail. The character also seems destined to join Donnie Cates' Guardians of the Galaxy team in January, since Cates created this version of the character after all.

This is a fairly interesting use of the character, though destroying Marvel's history seems more like a Deadpool-thing if you ask me. Still, the character is fairly popular and seeing two writers who aren't Cates writing him is going to garner a lot of attention.

Cosmic Ghost Rider Destroys Marvel History #1 comes out this March.
