Park Eun-bin
Let's start with the show's lead actress, Park Eun-bin as Seo Mok-ha. Does Park Eun-bin sing in real life? The answer is, yes, she can definitely belt out a tune.
The Extraordinary Attorney Woo actress actually sang the soundtrack of the legal Kdrama entitled The Blue Night of Jeju Island.
For Castaway Diva, Eun-bin had a role that supplied the voice of her idol, a washed-up singer called Yoon Ran-joo (played by Kim Hyo-jin). In reality, Eun-bin was actually singing the song.

This is Mok-ha's breakthrough song as she competed against Eun Mo-rae (played by Bae Gang-hee).
Night and Day
The original singer is Jung Seung-hwan but Eun-bin's version is so heartfelt.

Kim Hyo-jin
Kim Hyo-jin started her career as a model. After that, she made her acting debut in comedy shows. She also starred in a couple of theater plays called A Midsummer Night's Dream and Fool for Love.
Although she isn't a singer, Hyo-jin is credited for singing If Open Eyes, which was a track for the official soundtrack of A Dream Comes True movie. This was the second time she sang a song for a movie. The first was for the 2004 movie, Everybody Has Secrets.
For Castaway Diva, it's unsure whether it was her actual voice in the duet with Eun-bin, Here I Am.
Cha Hak-yeon
Another Castaway Diva actor who can sing is Cha Hak-yeon, who plays Kang Woo-hak/Jung Chae-ho in the show. The actor is better known by his stage name, N.
As a singer, N made his debut in May 2012 as part of the boy band, VIXX. You can listen to him singing in this clip:
