Rand and Egwene get together in The Wheel of Time Season 1. Rand and Egwene grew up together and remained loyal to each other through all the obstacles they faced. It was even expected that they would end up getting married.

Things change when it is later revealed that Rand is the Dragon Reborn. Throughout the second season, Egwene is mourning the loss of Rand, whom she believes to be dead.

Later on, they are reunited in the finale, and Rand apologizes for not telling her that he's alive as he thinks that things would be better that way.

We have yet to see what will happen to them in The Wheel of Time Season 3, but in the books, Rand and Egwene do not ultimately end up together. Egwene ends up getting married to Gawyn Trakand, Elayne’s brother.

Rand has a new love interest in The Wheel of Time Season 2, a mysterious innkeeper called “Selene”. Rand falls in love with Selene, but later on, it is revealed that Selene is actually Lanfear, who’s described as the most dangerous of the Forsaken.

Lanfear is known for her casual cruelty and her mastery of the World of Dreams. She can hurt a person in the real world and in their dreams.

All the stories mention that Lanfear loved the Dragon Reborn and that he loved her before he met his wife. Lanfear swore her oaths to the Dark to try to get him back.

Rand mentions in the series that whatever Lanfear is, he doesn’t think everything between them is a lie. But in the books and in the series, Rand does not end up with Selene/Lanfear.

In The Wheel of Time books, Rand ends up marrying Elayne Trakand, Min Farshaw, and Aviendha, with the three women agreeing to share a husband.

Min Farshaw is a seer who meets Rand when Moiraine brings him and his friends to her so that she can use her visions and see which one of them is the Dragon Reborn. Later on in the books, Min becomes Rand’s lover and adviser.

Elayne Trakand is the Daughter-Heir of Andor who is sent to the White Tower to train as an Aes Sedai. There, she becomes close friends with Egwene, Rand’s former lover. In the books, Elayne gets pregnant with Rand’s twins.

Aviendha is a Wise One of the Nine Valleys sept of the Aiel. Aviendha is introduced in The Wheel of Time Season 2, where Perrin finds her locked in a cage and chooses to release her.

She is a capable warrior, and in line with the Aiel honor system of Ji'e'toh, she decides to go with Perrin after he saves her life. In the books, Aviendha becomes one of Rand’s lovers.

In The Wheel of Time Season 2 finale, Rand meets Elayne for the first time when she heals his wound, and it appears that she caught his eye.

We have yet to see if the series will follow what happens in the books, but the Season 2 finale already teases a romance between Rand and Elayne.
