We all know Natasha Romanoff faced her demise in Avengers: Endgame so that just means she lives through the end of the Black Widow Movie but considering that there are a lot of characters involved and introduced, who dies in the film, and would there be any shocking deaths in any of the new people that just got into the MCU?
Who Dies in Black Widow Movie?
Natasha is automatically off the list, well, not until the post-credits scene, of course, as it jumped into the future and forwarded to the time when she finally got the grave she deserved. We see Yelena made it through as she visited Natasha's tomb in the cemetery and she even met Contessa Val there and it seemed they already worked together, even giving Clint Barton's photo as Yelena's next target and considered as the person responsible for Natasha's death.
At the end of the film, Red Guardian and Melina Vostokoff took off with a plane full of widows Yelena and Natasha saved from the control of Dreykov. They also took in the Taskmaster who was later revealed to be the daughter of the creator of the Red Room and the lingering red on the ledger of Natasha. We also saw Mason give Natasha a quinjet which she used to free her co-Avengers.
So, who dies in the film? Surely, some widows died like the one who fell her death in pursuit of Natasha and Yelena or those who did not make it when the Red Room fell from the skies. A lot of the workers in the Red Room also faced their death as well, collateral damage, as they call it.
But if there is one main character in the film who died, it is the real villain behind all of what happened in the dark past of Natasha, it is General Dreykov. Though Natasha thought he was dead when she and Clint were in Budapest, it turned out that he was just off the radar, hundreds of feet above the skies.
While the faux family took down the Red Room, Yelena made is sure that this time, Dreykov would die as she crashed their plane, even almost costing her life had Natasha didn't get to her in time to give her a parachute.
All else, all are safe and could appear in the MCU soon. To date, only Yelena's return has been confirmed as she would be appearing in the upcoming series of Hawkeye. Hopefully, we see the Red Guardian and Melina sometime in the future of the MCU as well. And oh, Melina's pig Alexei, also.
Black Widow is now out in theaters and on Disney Plus Premier Access.
