Since Furin High changed its name to Bofurin High, a hierarchy led by Hajime Umemiya emerged, and a new era of delinquent heroes now protects the town and its people from many kinds of threats.

As Bofurin's leader, Hajime holds the highest position in the hierarchy.

He is the current top dog, recognized for his casual attitude, sympathy for others, and undeniable magnetism, which can entice other students to follow him.

Of course, Hajime cannot watch over all of the students at Bofurin High, so he has delegated responsibility to selected students.

These students are collectively known as the four generals of Bofurin, sometimes known as the four devas or four heavenly kings.

They are known as the four devas because all of the classes at Bofurin High are named after Buddha's devas.

They are the core members of Bofurin High, and they treat everyone as brothers, according to the school's rule.

Essentially, they serve as captains for all three years of a given class, just like Hiragi does in the series.

Who Are Bofurin’s Generals in Wind Breaker?

So far, Hiragi Toma is the only known Bofurin general from the Wind Breaker anime. After all, the anime adaptation is still in its early stages, with the Shishitoren Arc serving as its provisional end.

In the manga, Hajime Umemiya organizes a gathering where everyone can meet face-to-face, which includes the four generals of Bofurin High.

Here are Bofurin's generals in Wind Breaker:

• Hiragi is the head of the Tamon Team, which represents the guardian of the north.
• Momose is the head of the Zocho (Zojo) Team, which represents the guardian of the south.
• Mizuki is the head of the Komoku Team, which represents the guardian of the west.
• Tsubakino is the head of the Jikoku Team, which represents the guardian of the east.

Each general has an adviser whom they can consult with from time to time. The generals also oversee the first, second, and third-year captains from each class.
