Edens Zero revolves around Shiki who has lived his entire life with machines in Granbell Kingdom’s abandoned amusement park.
One day, Rebecca and her cat named Happy arrive at the front gate of the park.
Little do Rebecca and her cat know that this was the first time in a hundred years that Granbell encountered any human.
As Shiki makes new friends, his ex-neighbors see an opportunity for a robot rebellion.
When Shiki realizes that his home is getting too dangerous to live in, he embarks on a journey to the outer cosmos with Rebecca and Happy.

Edens Zero Season 1 was a smash hit on Netflix and fans are expecting that Season 2 of the series will stream on the platform as well. Since the anime is internationally licensed to Netflix, Edens Zero Season 2 is expected to be available on Netflix.
In February 2022, the official Twitter handle of the anime announced that Season 2 was in production.
Now, Edens Zero Season 2 is set to release in Japan on April 2, 2023, at 12:55 AM JST as part of the Spring 2023 anime catalog.
