What 'Core Sleep' Means on the Apple Watch Sleep Tracker

One of the best solutions to understanding your sleeping patterns is first learning about the different stages of sleeping.

REM stands for rapid eye movement which occurs at intervals late at night, Deep Sleep is, well, as it reads, where it is harder to wake them up, and lastly, Core Sleep is in the first few hours of sleeping.

Apple Resumes Apple Watch Series 9 and Ultra 2 Sales

Apple was initially disallowed from selling both the Apple Watch Series 9 and Ultra 2 devices after the US International Trade Commission found evidence that the company was involved in a long-standing patent dispute with the medical device maker Masimo.

The Series 9 and Ultra 2 devices were pulled out from Apple's online and physical stores ahead of December 26th, which was when the ban had been implemented.

However, the ban has recently been put on hold, which rendered an open opportunity for Apple to continue selling the Apple Watch Series 9 and Ultra 2.
