Not much is known about AUZA as of writing, but the mystery surrounding this technological company intrigues viewers more than anything else.
The company has a blonde anime character as its promoter, which some people liken to well-known CEOs of social networking sites or mobile phone developers.
In the second episode of Ninja Kamui, the interest in AUZA intensifies even more as the anime tries to connect the company to Mike Moriss’ questions about the formidable blade that the food delivery rider used against Higan.
This blade is of high caliber and material, as it slashed right through Mike’s body armor, yet it didn’t get any scratches.
When Mike asked who and where this blade could have been developed, AUZA’s promotional campaign distracted Mike, which could suggest the company's key role in the series.
Theories and Predictions about AUZA and Its Role in Ninja Kamui
Interestingly, the plot for episodes three to six of Ninja Kamui has been released online, and many guessed correctly that AUZA has a much more significant role in the story.
In the third episode, Higan will team up with Mike and Emma to launch their investigation into AUZA without the knowledge of the FBI. Their curiosity, however, led the FBI to hunt them in the succeeding episodes.
Eventually, Mike will also encounter Jason, a former AUZA employee, to get intel about the company and the ninjas, while Higan tries to infiltrate AUZA city.
Earlier, Mike received an order to close the investigation about Joe Logan, which means there’s a huge chance that someone of high status has the power to influence the FBI to keep everything that happened a secret.
Many are speculating that this higher-up has a connection with AUZA and the ninjas who came from Japan and transferred to America for more power.
He may be the acting leader of the ninja organization, which Higan was once a part of or the CEO of the technological company.
