Weak Hero Class 1 star Park Ji Hoon might possibly appear in a new webtoon-based drama titled Bastard.
Park Ji Hoon ultimately expanded his career as an actor and idol in the past years. After becoming part of the project group Wanna One, he went on to pursue a solo career in music and resumed his acting works.
Following the success of the Naver webtoon-based drama, the actor might star in another adaptation this year.

Park Ji Hoon In Talks To Star in New Drama Series
Sports Worldi cited World Biz and Sports World’s reports on Jan. 16, revealing that Park Ji Hoon received an offer to play the lead role in the upcoming webtoon adaptation.
Titled Bastard, the series will explore the story of a high school student who lives with his psychopathic father. He protects his school’s new student after his father makes her his next murder victim.

If Park Ji Hoon accepts the role, he would play Seon Woo Jin’s role. On the other hand, actress Roh Yoon Seo is also in talks to star as the character opposite to Park Ji Hoon’s.
Park Ji Hoon and his agency are yet to confirm the development. They also have not released a statement regarding his new potential project.
Park Ji Hoon Says He Had Goal While Starring in Weak Hero Class 1
Before his new project, Park Ji Hoon appeared in Allure Korea’s pictorial on Dec. 22. He also sat for an interview with the magazine in which he shared details about his role in the series.
He thanked everyone for their support and love as he portrayed his role in the drama. He also revealed the goal he had while working on it.
“Regardless of the success of the project, I want to keep showing a different image of Park Ji Hoon. I wanted to show that I can assimilate this image. So I prepared for it well,” he said, adding, “I'm already on fire to the point there is nothing else left to be kindled. I have a lot of desires. I want to be successful in everything in the new year as well."
