Watch: What If Spider-Man: Homecoming Had an Anime Opening

Fans loved it when No Name Animation made an anime opening for Thor: Ragnarok, which was perfection. The YouTube channel has now made an anime opening for last year's Spider-Man: Homecoming, which isn't as energetic as the one made for Ragnarok but still fits the film's themes perfectly. It will definitely put a smile on the faces of fans who enjoyed the movie and anime in general.

Rather than go for an action-packed opening like Ragnarok, Homecoming's intro is more like an anime set in high school, which is great. Considering how the character is still in high school and deals with situations that people in that period go through, it made for a compelling watch. Seeing that represented in an anime opening is the cherry on top.

KANA-BOON's Silhouette is the song used for this anime opening and it works really well. Anime fans will recognize the theme from Naruto Shippuden, which could add to the fun for fans. Seeing scenes from the film match a high school anime's opening is quite fun and is a worthwhile watch for fans.

Though not the best Spider-Man film, Homecoming was a pretty good movie that took advantage of Peter Parker living in the MCU and even gave him new problems that fit well in that universe. It made the film feel refreshing and differentiated Homecoming from previous Spider-Man films.

Spider-Man: Far From Home hits theaters on July 5, 2019.
