Watch: Easter Eggs in Spider-Man PS4; Plus Hints at Future Games

Spider-Man for the PS4 had just come out last week, and the game has easily gotten the attention of everyone on the internet. The game actually has a lot of neat Easter Eggs, and Mr. Sunday Movies gives us a neat breakdown as well as insight into the possible future of Marvel games.

For one, we actually got to see Miles Morales gain his powers, but when you play as MJ, Miles' powers have been foreshadowed when she looks at the Oscorp research lab and finds spiders that can camoflauge and ‘bio-electric kinesis'.

It's also revealed by the end of the game that Norman Osborn has kept Harry inside some kind of mutation tank, and there are some web-like elements that could tease a Green Goblin suit that it part symbiote. Some are also guessing Harry becomes Venom, but we already know that Eddie Brock exists in this universe.

As for future games, we know that Square Enix has been working on an Avengers game which we barely have any updates on. My guess is that everyone is busy pushing the release of Kingdom Hearts III, but once that's out, they can get back to work on their Marvel game. Seeing that Spider-Man also has appearances of the Avengers Tower, the Sanctum Santorum, and even Daredevil's law firm, I wouldn't be surprised if we're going to get some kind of Marvel Video Game universe that plays alongside the cinematic one.

Spider-Man is now available to play for the PS4.
