Watch a Breakdown of Deleted Scenes and Alternate Concepts for Solo: A Star Wars Story

[WARNING: SPOILERS FOR SOLO: A STAR WARS STORY]

Like every other Star Wars movie, Solo was filled to the brim with alternate concepts and rejected ideas that couldn't be found in the movie, but could be seen in some BTS materials and books. Mr. Sunday Movies does a fantastic breakdown of all the things that didn't make it in the film, including cameos from certain characters, and dropped concepts after Phil Lord and Chris Miller were fired.

Though I have been following the news, I had no idea that there was supposed to be a snow-ball fight between Han and Chewie before they became friends. It was supposedly going to happen on Vandor, before the heist with Beckett and his crew.

It's also been known that this movie was in the works before Disney's acquisition of Lucasfilm, and it's fun that the film was codenamed "Hairy and the boy" which is what Lando calls Han and Chewbacca when he meets them for the first time.

It's also cool that Mr. Sunday actually went so far as to have some of the concept art from the book animated for his video. There are different, more grotesque looks for Lady Proxima, and there is also concept art of Han actually flying a ship before the heist.

You should probably just check out the video, because I can't write it all down here.

Solo: A Star Wars Story is now in theaters.
