Warwick Davis Reprising His Phantom Menace Character for Solo: A Star Wars Story

Warwick Davis has been a part of Star Wars since Return of the Jedi, and we usually see him in costume playing some small alien character in the films. Davis did show his face as Weazel in Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, and it looks like he'll be reprising the character for Solo: A Star Wars Story.

A recent BTS video gave us a look at Davis in costume:

It's also worth noting that Davis has also been credited on IMDb as Weazel as well. With Davis usually ending up behind a mask, it's cool that Solo will actually get us to look at his actual face. Unlike Phantom Menace though, it seems like Davis might actually have some speaking lines this time around.

Just for perspective, here's Weazel in Watto's viewing box in Episode I:

Davis has been a longtime member of the Star Wars family, and it's always fun to see him showing up in the movies. Hopefully with Solo, we actually get to see him become a member of Beckett's crew along with Val, Han, and Chewie.

Solo: A Star Wars Story hits theaters May 25.
