I think we can all agree that WandaVision just might be Marvel Studios' most unique offering to date and the way Marvel Cinematic Universe fans are still talking about it three months after its explosive finale says a lot about the show's impact. We all know that Wanda Maximoff aka the Scarlet Witch's story will continue in the upcoming Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness but people are still clamoring for WandaVision to spawn a second season.

In a virtual chat on Variety's Actors on Actors, Harley Quinn voice actress Kaley Cuoco who happens to be a huge fan of the Disney+ series asked Elizabeth Olsen about the potential of WandaVision getting renewed for Season 2.

Olsen clarified right off the bat the WandaVision was always intended to be a "limited series", seemingly shooting down any hope for a second season. However, when Cuoco joked that she said the same thing about her ongoing series The Flight Attendant, Elizabeth later stated that since it's Marvel we're talking about, anything is virtually possible. She said: "I mean, I'm saying that. I don't know. I mean, with Marvel, you can never say no. People die, people —"

The idea of WandaVision getting a second season sounds good on paper but as much as I'd be down to see it happen, I think it's time for the Scarlet Witch to have her own solo film. I believe we've already established that Olsen and Bettany can hold their own on television and now's the perfect opportunity to give the big screen spotlight to both Wanda and Vision. That sounds a lot more appealing to me and I'm sure most fans would rather see that.

All episodes of WandaVision are available on Disney+.
